KarMechanics is a subscription service of Gus IT LLC (Florida, USA). By subscribing you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions and trials: plans bill monthly or annually through Stripe. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial; a card is required and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Trial voice usage is capped at 25 minutes.

Metering: voice plans include 100 talk minutes per month; additional connected talk time bills at $0.25 per minute on your next invoice. The text-back plan is unmetered SMS.

Cancellation and refunds: cancel anytime from your dashboard, effective at the end of the billing period — no contracts, no cancellation fees. If the service didn't work as described, tell us: our default is to refund.

Beta service level: KarMechanics is in its beta period. We work hard to keep it answering, but we do not yet offer a formal uptime SLA. Don't use it as your only path for emergencies.

Acceptable use: your line, your callers, lawful use only — no resale of minutes, no use of the service to record calls without the built-in disclosure.
